Dalit teenager raped in Ghurpur, case registered

A Dalit teenager was raped by a man in a village in the area. On receipt of the complaint of the case, the Ghurpur police have registered a case against the accused and are raping.
A sixteen-year-old teenager from a village in the Ghurpur police station area reached the Ghurpur police station Tuesday evening when she received a complaint letter for rape. Police have registered a case against the accused in the sections of Paxo Act and SC ST, including rape against the accused after investigation. Ghurpur SO Bhuvanesh Kumar Choubey said that a case has been registered against the accused on the victim’s tahrir. The accused is being punished for apprehending.
