Shahjahanpur. A case has been registered against a 17-year-old boy for allegedly committing sexual misconduct with a four-year-old Dalit girl in a village under Kalan police area in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. According to police, the incident occurred while the girl was playing outside the house and her parents were away at work. The child’s father is a laborer in the farm.
The accused is a resident of AC area. After the complaint was filed, he was taken into custody by the police. He has already been removed from his school.
Masa Singh, Circle Officer (CO) of Jalalabad, the investigating officer of the case, said, “I went to the village. Have collected evidence from there. The girl was playing outside her house, when the accused showed her the temptation to give him 10 rupees for candy. After this, she started touching the girl in a wrong way and when the girl started crying, the other children playing around looked at it. “
He added, “The police took immediate action and filed an FIR. We are now confirming the age of the accused to take further action. The girl has been sent for medical examination, where her condition is still stable. ”
