On 12/10/20 The Sub-divisional Magistrate, of Kondagaon District in Chhattisgarh state, released a order. We had issued an open letter to the Congress Leader Sonia Gandhi and to the Parliament, regarding the matter in Kodagaon. They have taken the issue into consideration and given a conrmation that such incidents will not happen in the near future. This has happened as a joined eorts of people praying, churches praying and we request you to keep it in constant pray. Mentioned below is the reply from the governmentSub – Meetings during COVID-19 Pandemic The Pandemic is increasing in Kodagaon, government has laid down the instructions in lieu of mass gathering’s. Especially those places which had church gatherings during the lockdown. They were beaten/persecuted and their houses were demolished. Such incidents should not be repeated for that the government has taken a strict decision on not conducting any gatherings, negligence will not be tolerated. If one does not abide by the rules then, epidemic Act 1897-03, according to IPC Act 188 will be applicable and will be taken into action.
