There was a dispute between two farmers about taking water from the canal in village Bhadugaon of Handia police station area. In this, one farmer beat up another farmer. At the same time, the Scheduled Caste farmer has accused the other farmer of abusing and threatening to kill him by using caste-based abusive words. Handia police station abused the accused on the complaint of the complainant, A case has been registered under the SCST Act for threatening to kill and being killed. Handia Police Station Officer-in-charge CS Sariyam said that Rakesh Bamne (35 years), father Bharat Singh Bamne, resident of Fariyadi village Bhadgaon, lodged a report at the police station on Monday. It said that he had reached the canal at around 8 am on Monday to collect water from the canal in his field. Where the accused Raju Jat, a resident of Bhadugaon, reached and started insisting on taking water before the canal in his field. The complainant Rakesh told that he told the accused Raju that he had a field first. So let him take water first, but the accused Raju insisted on taking water before the first canal. In the dispute over this, Raju threatened to kill Rakesh with the life of assault. During the dispute, the alleged complainant should be termed as casteist abusive. Sections 294, 323, against Raju Jat charged by police on complaint of complainant Rakesh Bamne A case was registered under section 506 and SC-ST Act. TI Sariyam said that the arrest of the accused has not been made at the moment.
