Jammu Kashmir. In Jammu and Kashmir’s Akhnoor area, there was a lot of ruckus in the Government Ayurvedic College for offering prayers. The Bajrang Dal team reached the spot and recovered the carpets and other items used for offering prayers. However, the police team also reached the spot.
The incident is being told on Saturday, when the Bajrang Dal team reached inside the college premises in the afternoon, but at that time no student was seen reciting Namaaz. The Bajrang Dal alleged that information was coming to them for a long time that Namaaz is being offered in the college premises. It has been told that when the workers of Bajrang Dal reached here, there was material to offer prayers. Balkar Singh told that when the nodal officer of the college was talked to about this, he flatly refused to talk about Namaz. It is alleged that some college staff also told that some Muslim students used to pray here. He has said that the students who offered Namaz ran away on seeing him. If it remains so, then we will also read Hanuman Chalisa.
