Rajasthan: Tired of MP police committing suicide, after reaching the police station with dead body, lathi charge on family and villagers, know the matter
The police fired tear gas shells at the protesters, even after this, if the crowd was not controlled, then they resorted to lathi-charge. A man living in Kota district of Rajasthan committed suicide after being harassed by the Madhya Pradesh Police. On Wednesday, the relatives of the deceased reached Sheorpur in MP with the dead body and started a sit-in protest. For about an hour, 500 villagers, including family members, continued to agitate for the demand of justice.
The family alleges that one of their vehicles has been confiscated by the Madhya Pradesh Police. In return for leaving him, he was asking for money. Made a false case. Before the suicide, the farmer wrote on social media – don’t lift my life till then. Until justice is done. The case of liquor is false.

According to family members, on October 25, the deceased Dharmendra Pareta (45), a resident of Kota’s Khatauli, had gone to play cards in Jalpura. During this, the police raided and arrested three people, but Dharmendra and his associates escaped from there. Meanwhile, Dharmendra’s car was left there, which was confiscated by the police.
In the evening of the same day, Dharmendra’s son Deepak Pareta reached Jalalpura outpost and inquired about the release of the confiscated vehicle. The relatives allege that the SI Shyamveer present in the outpost first refused to leave the car, then told to leave the car after paying 20 thousand rupees. When Deepak said that he did not have money, the SI said that he should be implicated in the case of liquor and ganja. According to the family members, on October 26, the police made a false case by saying that liquor was recovered from the car. After this, when the people of the victim’s family once again reached the police station, the SI demanded Rs 2 lakh.
Family members say that Dharmendra Pareta was upset after the false case was registered. On 29 October, Dharmendra tried to commit suicide and slit his arm. His family members took him to the hospital in time, which saved his life. On Tuesday, Dharmendra drank the medicine that was sprayed on the crops on the field.
After which he messaged the daughter on WhatsApp and said that the police have falsely accused her. On getting information, the family reached the farm and admitted Dharmendra to the hospital. Where he died in the evening during treatment. After being PM on Wednesday morning, relatives and villagers took the dead body to Jalalpura in Madhya Pradesh, 250 km away and started protesting outside the police station. About an hour later, the police fired tear gas shells and lathi-charged a crowd of about 500 people. However, regarding demanding bribe and registering a false case, the police say that the relatives of the deceased are making false allegations.
