Jalore Dalit beating case: Now there was a fatal attack on the family too, police said – old case
In Rajasthan’s Jalore, once again questions have arisen regarding law and order. The family of Devaram Meghwal, father of the deceased Indra Meghwal, was attacked in the famous Surana of Jalore. It is being told that this attack has been done on his family due to an old land dispute.
Those injured in the attack have been admitted to the trauma center in Jalore for treatment. After the incident, Jalore Superintendent of Police Harshvardhan Agarwala met the injured and took their statements. A complaint has been lodged on behalf of the aggrieved party at Sayla police station.
In the report, the victim Motaram Meghwal told that while going on the way, two people named Dungar Singh and Jalam Singh attacked him in which he was seriously injured. He has serious injuries on his leg and head.
Jalore police tweeted about the incident and told that in view of the seriousness of the matter, a case has been registered under section 307 and sections of the SC-ST Act. The victim Motaram’s medical has been done and one of the accused has been arrested.
Regarding the incident, Jalore SP Harshvardhan Aggarwal said, a case has been registered against two people under serious sections. I have met the victims and this has nothing to do with the Indra Meghwal episode, it is an old case regarding which the attack took place.
While talking to Devaram Meghwal about this matter, he said, ‘Some people were doing Reiki for two days with the intention of killing me, calling me through my brother and when I did not come, they called my brother. Has made a fatal attack on. He said, he was troubling me regarding the Matki episode and Thappad incident.
What happened in Jalore?
In Jalore, when a 9-year-old boy touched the school pot to drink water, he was thrashed by the school teacher so much that his ear vein burst. Later, when he was taken to the hospital for treatment, he died during treatment. At the same time, the school administration claims that no child was stopped from drinking water, but there was a fight, after which the teacher raised his hand.
