According to the police, a person from Uchen police station area of Bharatpur district gave a report in the police station on 31st December and told that it was 8.30 pm on 30th December. Accused Surendra Gurjar had brought a new tractor. For its worship, the applicant had gone on a motorcycle with his 10-year-old minor daughter. Made the daughter stand near the bike and went to the shop to buy the goods. Meanwhile, the accused dragged the applicant’s daughter to the street and did obscene acts with her, tried to rape her forcibly. When the victim shouted, the accused left and ran away. Did not reach the police station as it was night. The next morning, he went to the police station and got the case registered.
The victim, who comes from the Scheduled Society, said that after registering the case, the police forced him to compromise. When she did not give consent, two days after the incident, on December 1, to create pressure, the accused made a fabricated story and got a false case of attempt to rape filed against her as well.

Under the leadership of Sumit Sehgal, former state president of Bhim Army and state secretary of Azad Samaj Party, people of Bahujan organizations reached outside the Bharatpur collector’s office on Saturday afternoon. Sehgal, who is leading the movement, told that when he asked to speed up the movement, the police arrested the accused late in the evening.
MLA accused of giving protection to the accused

On Saturday, the people protesting at the Bharatpur Collectorate also raised slogans against the MLA. Azad Samaj Party State Secretary Sumit Sehgal has allegedly accused the MLA of pressurizing the police to save the accused and by pressurizing the police to get the accused to file a false case against the victim. Along with this, Deputy Superintendent of Police Ajay Sharma, who is investigating the case, has also demanded suspension, accusing him of working with a casteist mindset.
