Jaipur. After Indra Kumar Meghwal, Kartik Bhil, now Dalit woman Leela Bawri has been crushed to death allegedly by a government vehicle. The relatives have accused the forest workers of brutally crushing the Dalit woman with a vehicle, after which the woman died. The body of the deceased has been kept in the mortuary of the government hospital for two days. At the same time, the relatives are protesting with the Dalit organizations demanding justice. A case has been registered against the accused forest workers in the matter.
Accused forest workers should be arrested
The body of 30-year-old Dalit Leela Bawri has been kept in the mortuary of the Government Hospital of Kuchaman City in Nagaur district of Rajasthan for two days. People belonging to dozens of Bahujan organizations including Bhim Army, Bhim Army along with their family members are protesting for justice demanding the arrest of the murder accused by sitting outside the police station. According to the police and family members, at around 8.30 pm on January 23, forest personnel chasing an unknown tractor driver in a vehicle (Bolero Kemper number RJ 21 GC 7078) were going at a high speed from Aspura towards Dukia Petrol Pump Sikar Road. were.
During this, Leela (30) wife Hansraj Bawri resident of Alatwa police station Gachhipura was standing outside her maternal home. Leela Bawri’s brother Manohar Bawri resident of Aspura alleges that the forest personnel deliberately hit his sister with the vehicle with the intention of killing her. Due to this the sister of the applicant got trapped under the vehicle. Manohar says that he, along with brothers Ramnivas and Hansraj, took Leela out from under the forest department’s vehicle and took her to the state hospital in Kuchaman City in his private vehicle. The doctor in the hospital declared him dead.
In this regard, Manohar Bawri has registered a case against forest workers Gyanaram, Mahendra Singh, Hemsingh, a woman officer, Rajendra Singh and other employees at the Kuchaman City Police Station for the murder of his sister. The police also registered a report accusing the forest workers of murder, but till now the investigation has not progressed even a step further.

Talking to The Mooknayak , Manohar Bawri told that “I don’t know what was filled in the tractor. Why the forest department people were chasing that tractor with their vehicle. I saw with my own eyes that they (forest personnel) deliberately You have murdered my sister.”
Manohar further said, “My sister’s body has been kept in the mortuary for two days. The police have not done anything in the case till now. Our only demand is that the killers of my sister should be immediately arrested and brought to justice. With us More than 300 people are sitting on dharna, but the police and administration are not listening to us. Our main demand is the arrest of the accused. We will not take the bodies until our demands are met.”
Came home 3 days back
Manohar said that his sister had come from her in-laws house only 3 days back. Was saying that she would stay here for a week. Leela has 3 children. The eldest daughter is 12 years old. Has two sons aged 8 and 6. Now who will take care of these small children.

Here, on receiving the information of the case, Bhim Army State President Ravikumar Meghwal also joined the movement along with the victim’s family in Kuchaman City on Wednesday. Ravi Meghwal says that “Bhim Army officials are also here. Dozens of Bahujan Sangathan people are demanding justice, but no one is ready to listen.” Meghwal says that “Be it the case related to the murder of Dalits and Adivasis in the state or the incident of women’s atrocities. The government system here does not listen to the voices of backward people every time before the demonstration of Bahujans. Same should happen in the case of Leela Bawri’s death. A case has been registered on the charge of murder, but even on the third day of the incident, the police have not started the investigation.
Investigation will start only after postmortem
Kuchaman City Circle Officer Sanjeev Kumar Kateva from The Mooknayak told that, “On the basis of the victim’s report, a case has been registered on the charge of murder. It will be clear only after the post mortem report whether it is murder or an accident. It is also true that People are protesting demanding the arrest of the accused of murder. The body is kept in the mortuary of the Government Hospital of Kuchaman City. The relatives are not yet ready to take the body. They are giving advice. The investigation will proceed only after the post mortem report. “
