Madhya Pradesh: Innocent killed after rape, increasing atrocities on children and women in the state
Bhopal. Crime against women and children is not taking the name of stopping in Madhya Pradesh. In the NCRB data of the year 2021, the state was at the top in the country in incidents on women. Now a case of brutally murdering a 6-year-old girl after rape has come to light in Shivpuri district of the state. Police have arrested the accused. The accused is a minor. He had seen a couple doing wrong things in the field a few days ago, since then he was looking for a girl of his age. After getting an opportunity, after raping a 6-year-old innocent, he strangled her to death.
A team of three doctors did the postmortem of the girl’s body. The short PM report revealed that the innocent was first brutally assaulted. Due to this his liver was torn. After this, the accused raped the innocent. The administration demolished the house of the accused with a bulldozer on Tuesday morning.
What was the whole matter?
The case pertains to Karaira police station area of Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. According to the information, Bhagwat Katha was happening in the temple on 10 February. The 6 year old innocent had come to listen to the story at 3 pm with her mother. While listening to Bhagwat, the innocent got separated from the mother. When the mother searched for her daughter after the Bhagwat Katha was over, she could not be found. The mother thought that the daughter must have reached home. When she reached home, the daughter was not found there either. The mother informed her husband about the daughter’s disappearance. The family started searching for the girl along with the villagers. On not being found anywhere, a missing person was registered at Karaira police station on Friday night at 11 pm.
On the morning of February 11, a villager saw the dead body of an innocent child in a mustard field behind the government school. It is being told that a cloth was stuffed in his mouth. Angry villagers had blocked the Tila-Baroda road as soon as they got information about the vandalism with the innocent. SP Rajesh Singh Chandel and Collector Ravindra Kumar Chaudhary reached the occasion to explain to the villagers. The SP had assured to arrest the accused soon. He had also announced a reward of Rs 10,000 on the accused.
Talking to The Mooknayak, Onkar Singh, member of the Madhya Pradesh Child Protection Commission, said that the Commission has written a letter to the Superintendent of Police seeking a detailed investigation report in this matter. Omkar Singh told that the matter is very serious. The entire investigation of this matter will be under the supervision of the commission.
