The International Day for the Right to the Truth Concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and the Dignity of Victims reminds us that the right to truth is essential in the struggle against human rights violations. When the voices of truth are suppressed, it becomes easier for the perpetrators of violence to get away with it. SARIM therefore believes that the voices raised against human rights violations should never be suppressed or silenced.
