Madhya Pradesh: The land of a Dalit father and son became the reason for his death. Dalit Mayaram and his 32-year-old son Meharban Singh died after being beaten up by bullies in Kankwan village of Depalpur tehsil. On getting the information of the death, the relatives and the people of the Dalit community created a ruckus. The relatives demand that the culprits be hanged and the family be given a government job.
According to ADM Rathore, the matter pertains to village Kankwan adjacent to Gautampura of Depalpur. Where in 2002, 25 Dalits got land pattas. Out of which 10 families were captured, but 15 could not be captured. Actually these lands were occupied by the Rajput family. After three years of struggle in the court, the Bagri family won from the court, then they were given possession on the instructions of the collector. But in spite of this Rajput Babu Singh’s family had threatened the Dalit family. And when Dalit Mayaram reached the spot after getting possession of the administration, Babusinh, Pawan Singh Rajput attacked him.
The Rajputs beat up the Dalit youth and his father so much that Dalit father Mayaram died on the spot. The administration was getting the son Meherban’s treatment done in a private hospital. But now according to the information, due to a deep head injury, Meherban also died of cardiac arrest.
As soon as the news of the death was received, the family members were shocked, along with the people of the Dalit community created a ruckus and demanded the administration to give justice to the Dalit family, demanded the hanging of the culprits and also demanded a government job for the family. Did. As soon as the information was received, the collector sent the police force along with ADM and SP to the spot. Amidst the uproar, Meherban’s PM and funeral took place.
