Madhya Pradesh: Father tries to rape daughter, two brothers rape girl student

Bhopal. The incidents against women and children in Madhya Pradesh are not taking the name of stopping. A thirteen-year-old boy tried to rape a four-year-old girl who was playing outside the house in Gwalior of the state. The incident is of DD Nagar of Maharajpura police station area. On the other hand, two real brothers of Gwalior have kidnapped and raped a girl student from Delhi.
Attempt to rape a four-year-old girl
A four-year-old girl, a resident of DD Nagar under Maharajpura police station area of Gwalior, was playing outside the house with other children. That’s why a thirteen-year-old boy living nearby took the innocent away by luring him with chocolate. At some distance in a deserted area, the minor accused tried to commit a dirty act with the innocent. Whom the innocent protested and made noise. At the same time the girl’s mother was passing by and hearing the sound, the girl’s mother reached there. The minor accused ran away as soon as the girl’s mother reached. The girl’s family immediately informed the police about the matter. The police have registered a case of attempt to rape on the accused. The accused is a minor. The search is on for the accused.
Father tried to rape his own minor daughter
Here in Gwalior’s Bhitarwar, a father tried to rape a 16-year-old daughter. The incident is of Bhitarwar police station area. When the victim protested, the accused father thrashed her mercilessly. When the mother returned in the evening, the victim informed about the incident. When the woman tried to pacify her husband, the accused thrashed her as well. The victim of the incident reached the police station and complained about the matter. The police have registered a case on the complaint of the victim. CSP Vijay Bhadoria says that cases of attempt to rape with two girls have been registered in Maharajpura and Bhitarwar police stations. The accused are being searched and will be arrested soon.
Two real brothers raped the girl
A girl from Delhi has been abducted and raped by two real brothers in Badagaon, Gwalior. The incident is being reported around 11 pm on Friday night. On Saturday evening, the girl reached the police station and lodged a complaint. After which the police have registered a case of kidnapping and rape.
According to the information, the girl had come from Delhi to Gwalior to her uncle’s house. She was going to her uncle’s place when on the way the accused forcibly dragged her to their house and raped her by covering her mouth with his hands. Both the accused absconded after the incident. Police is looking for the accused.
The 19-year-old girl currently lives with her family in Delhi and is pursuing her studies there. A few days back she had come to her uncle’s place at her ancestral home. On the night of June 16, she was going from her younger uncle’s house to her elder uncle’s house. There is also a house of the accused on the way. When the student was leaving in front of their house, both the brothers blocked her way and forcibly dragged her to their house. Here one of the accused pressed the girl’s mouth with his hand so that she could not make noise. After this the other accused raped her. Both the brothers first raped the girl in turn and then threatened her not to tell the incident to anyone.
Child Commission will send notice to SP
In the case of attempted rape of two different minor girls, the Children’s Commission will send a notice to the Superintendent of Police. Talking to The Mooknayak, Onkar Singh, member of the State Child Protection Commission, said that in both the cases, we have written letters to the Superintendent of Police, Gwalior, seeking the inquiry report. Will take legal action after investigation.
NCRB: MP tops in crime against children
Madhya Pradesh is number one in the case of rape of minor girls. In the report of the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) for the year 2021, 33036 cases of rape of minor girls were registered in the country and 3515 in Madhya Pradesh. While in total excess cases, 6462 happened in MP only. According to the report, a girl child is raped every three hours. The situation was the same in the year 2020 as well. Then 5598 rape cases were registered, out of which 3259 were of minor girls. In the year 2020 also, MP was number one in the country.
