Dalit youth beaten to death with sticks in Mahoba: stripped naked and crushed his head with a brick, brother said – first made him drink alcohol, then killed and threw the dead body.
In Mahoba, a Dalit youth was stripped naked, beaten with sticks and his head was crushed with a stone. After that the dead body was thrown in the street in the village. As soon as the blood-soaked dead body was found in the village in the morning, there was chaos. As soon as the information was received, Kotwali police along with SP Aparna Gupta reached the spot and took stock of the incident. The forensic team also investigated.
The incident is of Tola Soyam village of Charkhari Kotwali area. Police has sent the dead body for postmortem. The brother of the deceased has filed a complaint against five people of the village alleging murder. The police have been involved in the investigation of the case.
Motilal (45) lived with his family in Tola Soyam village. His brother Chiranjeevi Lal told in full that five domineering Jitendra Singh, Brijesh Singh, Puran Singh, Virendra Yadav and Sanjay Yadav, who live in the village, had called my brother from home at 9 pm. After that they made him drink alcohol. After getting drunk, he had a fight with his brother. After which everyone together stripped my brother naked and beat him with sticks. The incident was carried out at midnight. At that time the people of the village were sleeping.
Motilal’s body was found lying in this condition. There was blood all around.

According to Chiranjeevi, after beating my brother, the accused also crushed his head with bricks. After that they picked him up and threw him in a deserted street outside the village. In the morning, when the people of the village started going towards the fields, I was informed about the blood-soaked dead body of my brother.
Chiranjeevi, the brother of the deceased told that my brother was beaten to death by the people of the village itself.
Domineering work of selling illegal liquor
According to family members, Dabangs sell liquor illegally and carry out other criminal activities in the village. They often beat up people in the village. On the information of the murder, Kotwali police along with SP Aparna Gupta also reached the spot.
The family members have accused the bullies of committing hooliganism.
SP said – action will be taken after investigation
Superintendent of Police Aparna Gupta told, “The police had reached the information about the blood-soaked body of a 45-year-old youth lying outside the village. The murder is accused of some people of the village who are friends of the deceased. Had to sit. Tahrir has been received. Search is on for the accused. A case will be registered on the basis of whatever facts emerge in the investigation.”
