New Delhi. There have been reports of women harassment, rape and murder as well as Dalit oppression from different states across the country. Dalit auto driver was assaulted in Amethi, UP. A newly married woman, who had gone for treatment at Lizzie Clinic in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, was gang-raped by two youths. Police arrested both the accused. In Jodhpur, Rajasthan, the sister-in-law along with her son committed cruelty by putting chilli powder in the private parts of the sister-in-law.
UP: Dalit auto driver beaten up, case registered
A driver was beaten with an iron rod by another driver and his companion for boarding passengers near Utelwa bypass in Kamrauli police station area of Amethi district. Due to which the auto driver’s head got injured. Police sent the injured driver to Jagdishpur CHC for treatment. Based on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against two people under sections of assault and Dalit oppression and investigation has been started. Rambabu, a resident of Magora, said that on Saturday, Jaipuria was giving passengers in his auto near the school. Then the other auto drivers Sonu and Monu started forcefully disembarking the passengers from my car. When he protested, both of them beat him with an iron rod and threatened to kill him. He suffered serious head injuries in the incident.
Madhya Pradesh: Gang rape of newly married woman who went to private clinic for treatment
There is news from Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. A newly married woman who had gone for treatment at a clinic in Kolaras police station area was gang-raped by two people. Threatened to kill her husband if he told anyone or reported it to the police. The incident took place on the night of 11th September, but the victim along with her husband reached the police station and lodged a complaint against Ravi Thakur and Dilip Thakur on Tuesday 11th September. Frightened by the threats of the accused, the victim remained silent about the pain of atrocities for a week to protect her husband. When the husband saw the newly married wife silent, he asked the reason. At this the wife angrily told her husband about the incident that had happened to her. Then the husband along with his wife reached the police station and registered a case against the accused for rape. According to the police, an FIR was registered on the charges of gang rape and the accused named Ravi Thakur and Dilip Thakur were arrested.
According to ASI Savitri Lakra, the 21-year-old victim told in the report that she lives in a rented house in an area of the police station area. On September 11, she was alone at home. When her health suddenly deteriorated, she went to a nearby private clinic for treatment. Where two people were sitting at the medical store of the clinic. They told him about his problem and asked him to give him medicine. The accused told to do a checkup before giving the medicine. And on the pretext of checkup, he was taken to a room inside the clinic. Where both the accused took turns to rape against their will. The accused had threatened to kill both the husband and the victim if they complained to the police or told anyone. Therefore the victim was scared, and did not tell anyone about the incident. Now when the victim complained, the police registered a case and arrested the accused.
Rajasthan: Sister-in-law, along with her son, put red chili in sister-in-law’s private part.

According to the information, a woman along with her son brutally tortured her sister-in-law in Navkar Dham Narnadi located in Boranada, Jodhpur. The sister-in-law and her son entered the house and caught hold of the sister-in-law and tied her hands. After this, chilli powder was filled in the private part. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered an FIR and started searching for the accused mother and daughter. The investigation in the case has been handed over to ACP Boranada Narendra Singh Deora.
Madhya Pradesh: Son was insisting on bringing a bicycle, father killed him with an axe.
Frustrated with his son’s stubbornness, a father killed his 12-year-old son in anger in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. The incident took place in Kanti village of Banda police station area. Unknown miscreants uprooted the inauguration stone plaque installed at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Bhavan in Mahendragarh in Anupgarh district of Rajasthan. The incident is recorded in CCTV, but the police is not taking action against the accused. Local social worker Sunderlal Jorasiya said that recently a function was organized in Mahendragarh to inaugurate Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Bhawan. The stone plaque on the building was uprooted by unknown miscreants as part of a conspiracy. There is anger among Dalit organizations after this incident. The incident is reported to have taken place on Sunday evening.
Villagers came to Anupgarh to submit a memorandum to the SDM in protest against taking away the stone plaque from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Bhawan.
Sunder Lal Jorasiya has given a written complaint in this regard to Mahendragarh police station, but the police did not take any action. Angered by the lack of police action, the villagers, under the leadership of former Sarpanch Dhannaram, submitted a memorandum to Sub Divisional Officer Mahendragarh Harshit Kumar IAS, demanding action, informing them about the incident. People of Dalit community demonstrated outside the SDM office. During this, former Chairman Ramesh Khichi said that uprooting and making the stone plaques written in the names of representatives and social workers of the present government disappear is a serious crime. If the police administration does not arrest the culprits in time, the entire community and the Scheduled Caste community will protest. Dozens of people including retired headmaster Tarachand, Pradhan Harisingh, Satish Numberdar, Yogesh Boudh, Karansingh Panch, Vikas Khichchi, Rajendra Kumar were present among those who submitted the memorandum.
