Man killed in Adabor
Victim’s wife and son injured while trying to shield him from assailants

A 25-year-old man was hacked to death in Dhaka’s Adabor area yesterday.
The victim was identified as Ripon.
SM Zakaria, officer-in-charge (OC) of Adabor Police Station, said Ripon was attacked at around 9:00am.
He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries at around 6:00pm while receiving treatment.
Police suspect the killing to be a result of an ongoing feud between two local gangs.
“A drive is underway to find and arrest the assailants,” OC Zakaria added.
