Guna: Dabangs killed Dalit for refusing to give matches, both accused arrested

A shocking case has come to light in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh (MP). In the village, a Dalit person was murdered simply because he had refused to give matchbox to some people. Angry bullies killed the man after beating him with sticks after not getting a match.
Lalji Ram Ahirwar, a Dalit man in Karod village of Bajrangadh police station area of Guna, was sitting on a platform in the village with a friend, while some of the overbearing men there asked him for a match. The dispute became so deep that the bullies attacked the man’s head with sticks, and escaped from the spot on not giving the matchbox.
Dalit killed for not giving matches
The man was admitted to the district hospital in critical condition, where he died during treatment. Surprisingly, due to just one match, dalits killed a dalit. At the same time, the officials say that the accused have been arrested, further action is being taken.
Three were killed after throwing garbage in Banda
This is not the first case of killing in this way. A similar case had also come up in UP. Three people of a soldier’s family were murdered in Banda in the midnight controversy.
