Married to a nursing student by bluffing, being evicted from home

Gonda The city married a Dalit student of a nursing college and got married first. Now that the woman became pregnant, she was thrown out of the house. Police have registered a report of assault, intimidation and harassment against Vikas Kumar Pandey on the student’s complaint.
A Dalit girl hailing from Jaunpur district is a student of a nursing college in Gonda. In the report lodged with the woman police station, the woman said that Vikas Kumar Pandey, a resident of Tenduwa Bhagat village in Kotwali Nagar area, is also a nursing student with her.
Being in the same college, they had a friendship before development and then both decided to spend life with each other. After this they got married in the temple. After this, court marriage was also done. Both of them, playing the religion of husband and wife, started living together in the Asara residence of Gonda.
The student alleges that everything went well at first. But when she became pregnant, Vikas’s family started deciding to marry at another place. When she came to know about this, she went to the leopard Bhagat, the house of development. The people of Vikas’s house there, on caste grounds, refused to let her daughter-in-law expel her.
Police have registered a report of assault, intimidation and harassment against Vikas Kumar Pandey on the student’s complaint. Woman Police Station Poonam Yadav said that a report has been lodged in the case on the student’s Tahrir. The prosecution officer’s opinion has been sought for the enhancement of the section of the SCST Act in the case filed.
