Kasganj: Gang rape with minor Dalit girl, accused absconding
A case of gang rape has come to light with a minor Dalit girl from Kasganj. The police have registered a case and
started searching for the accused. The girl alleged that she was gangraped after being kidnapped.

A case of generosity has come to light with a Dalit minor teenager from Kasganj district of Uttar Pradesh. Three youths were taken hostage and gang raped with the girl. Later, the accused escaped leaving the girl near the village and escaped. In this case, the police of the area registered the case after three days on the orders of the SP. The girl has been sent to the district hospital for medical. At present, the police is investigating this entire matter.
The case is related to Vastoli village in Sunangarhi police station area, it is being told that on the afternoon of February 11, the three accused seduced the minor. Where the gang-rape with the girl locked in the room was carried out. The girl told the police that she kept on begging for mercy from all three. But the youths did not listen to him and all three took turns to rape him.
Gang rape with minor Dalit girl In this case, the police lodged an FIR after three days and sent the teenager for medical examination.
Police have started efforts to arrest the three accused. CO Sahawar Shailendra Parihar says that the girl has filed a case against Tahrir.
After medical, a case will be registered under 164, then further action will be taken. It is on the basis of the girl’s tahrir that two boys took it and one boy stayed home and then the girl came home after three days.
