Rajasthan: Head constable accused of raping girl after taking lover out of police station

In the investigation of the police, it was found that the lover and girlfriend are living in Sriganganagar. After this, Head Constable Subhash Kumar was sent to bring him.

The girl says that the head constable carried out this incident by taking her lover out of the police station.
Actually, a Dalit girl had run away with her lover in Sikar, Rajasthan. After this, the family members of the girl got a report written at Singrawat police post in Sikar. In the investigation of the police, it was found that the lover and girlfriend are living in Sriganganagar. After this, Head Constable Subhash Kumar was sent to bring him.
alleged that Subhash made the lover sit on the front seat and he himself sat in the back seat with the girl. On the way, he molested the girl. When he protested, he also beat her up. According to the girl, when she reached the police station in the night, her lover was sent out. On August 29, at 4 o’clock in the morning, Subhash called the girl to record her statement.
After this he was threatened and raped her.
Left without action After the rape, Subhash left the loving couple without action. When the girl reached home, she told the
whole thing to her family members. After this, the family members of the girl reached the police station and created a ruckus. The police called the panchayat and buried the matter. But the lover did not agree, he appeared in front of the SP with the girl and told the whole thing. At the same time, the SP took immediate action and removed the head constable. Now Deputy SP Rajesh Arya is investigating in this matter.
