Ran to kill youth with sword in Sheikhpura, arrested: Abusing and assaulting Dalit youth, case registered in SC / ST Act

A vicious crook of Bhadaunsi village of remote Korma police station area of Sheikhpura district ran to kill his neighbor Pramod Tanti with a sword in his hands. During this, the miscreant also abused and assaulted the Dalit youth.
As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police force under the leadership of Korma police station chief Vikas Kumar reached the village and arrested the miscreant. But in order to escape, he had thrown the sword elsewhere. The arrested miscreant had assaulted and abused the Dalit family a few days ago as well. While he used to carry out such an incident by drinking alcohol.
Police said that the arrested miscreant is said to be domineering and of criminal nature. An FIR has been registered against the arrested miscreant in the local police station and he has been made a named accused under the ST / SC Act. He was later sent to jail under strict supervision.
