UP: Bomb planted under cot of Dalit teenager, ‘rags’ exploded, dies during treatment

Pieces of steel recovered at the scene, police earlier told sutli bomb. Dalit teenager injured in blast dies during treatment.
Lucknow. Reports of Dalit atrocities, atrocities and their killings are continuously coming out from many districts of UP including many states of India. One such incident happened in the Mall area of Lucknow. A bomb was planted late night under the cot of a Dalit (Scheduled Caste) teenager, who worked as a laborer in Haridwar, on his return home. His rags were blown away by the detonation of the bomb. The people of the house come out on hearing the sound of the blast, and a huge crowd gathers in the village late at night. There is an atmosphere of panic in the entire area due to this incident. The injured teenager was taken to a trauma center where he died during treatment. On the complaint of the victim’s father, the police has registered a named FIR against the people of the upper caste.
What is the whole matter?
Dalit farmer Mevalal Rawat (38) lives with his wife Savitri (35) in Ranimau of Goparamau Panchayat of Mal area, rural area of Lucknow in UP. Mevalal is survived by three young children and a son Shiv Kumar Rawat (18). Due to the weak body of Mevalal, he is unable to do anything. His eldest son was working as a laborer in Haridwar for about one and a half years and was taking care of the whole family. Shiv Kumar had returned from Haridwar at 12 noon on June 22. To eat late at night, he put a cot outside the house and was sleeping. Father Mevalal told, “At around 12:55 pm, the sound of a loud bang woke me up. When I came outside the house, I could not see anything because of the smoke in the whole area. The roof was burning. I started looking for the son sleeping on the bed outside the house in that smoke. My son was lying 10 meters from the bed covered in blood. We took him to the goods CHC. The doctors asked him to take him to the trauma center Lucknow.”

After initial treatment, the doctors of Mal CHC referred Shiv Kumar to Lucknow Trauma Center. He died during treatment at the trauma center. The doctors sealed the body and sent it for post-mortem.
Steel pieces found at the scene, police told twine bomb
Witnesses said that after the blast, pieces of precision, gravel, gunpowder and watch cells were lying at the scene. While the police said it was a minor twine bomb.
Deadly attack on land dispute!
Mevalal Rawat told that, he was having a dispute with Tej Bahadur Singh and Deepu Singh of Thakur caste of the village itself. Tej Bahadur Singh had bought land from Arjun Singh of the village. But due to check bounce, the dismissal was stopped. Mevalal takes care of Arjun Singh’s house, due to which Tej Bahadur Singh was in trouble.
Even after five days of the incident, the hands of the police remained empty.
This incident happened on the night of 22/23. The relatives allege that the police is protecting the accused. Even after five days of the incident, no arrest has been made. At the same time, in this case, the SHO says that continuous raids are being made by forming a team.

Inspector Jai Bahadur Rai, in-charge of the police station in this case said, “Some steel pieces have been recovered from the spot. He has been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory. A case has been registered in the matter on the complaint of the victim. The matter is being investigated by the jurisdictional Malihabad.
In this case, the jurisdictional Malihabad Yogendra Singh said, “A case has been registered in the matter. Minister Kaushal Kishor had also come yesterday. Today the victim’s family also came to me.” Asked about the arrest of the accused in the entire case, the Kshetradhiyari said, “It takes time to do a good work, if such a work had been done, it would have been done like this.”
