Accused of filing a false case against six Dalit youths, demanding a fair investigation from the collector

Jaipur. The extent to which the government machinery of the state treats SC, ST and minorities in a second-rate manner is not hidden from anyone. In cases of atrocities on the people of this section, the police does not even register an FIR. Even if an FIR is registered, then one has to protest for the arrest of the accused, while if someone gives a false complaint against people belonging to SC, ST and minority, the police does not take any time to take action.
A similar case has come to the fore from Kota district of Rajasthan. Here Mahendra Meghwal, a resident of Lacediya Kala, said that on January 26, the Republic Day function was organized in the government upper primary school of the village. Apart from the teachers and students, the people of the village were also present here. The teachers had put up the picture of Lakshmiji here, but did not put up the picture of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.
On this, the headmaster was requested that when Lakshmiji’s picture is pasted, then the picture of Babasaheb, the head of the Constituent Assembly, should also be put there. He said in front of everyone that we do not have the picture of Babasaheb. Nor do we have any government order to put this picture. You bring the order, we will put the picture. After this we returned asking to talk to the higher officials.

Bhim Army Division General Secretary Kota Hariom Meghwal said that, it is true that on the complaint of not putting Baba Saheb’s picture on Republic Day, the next day on January 27, Lasedia reached the school of arts along with the workers. Even on this day, the headmaster Chhitar Lal Nagar was asked the reason for not putting only Baba Saheb’s picture. After that they came back. After our arrival, the teachers conspired together to get the headmaster to file a false case against us.
The police also registered a case in a hurry without knowing the truth. After this, on the pretext of investigation, the police called all the accused youths to the police station and arrested them by getting them to sign the papers without any inquiry. However, the court released all of them on bail.
