Madhya Pradesh: Video made of kidnapping and assault of Dalit youth, four accused arrested

Bhopal. The accused, who was released from jail along with a Dalit youth from Kasmada village in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh, first beat him up and then made a video and made it viral. According to the information, the victim Dalit youth of Kasmada village had a dispute with accused Vishal Sharma last month. On which the police, after investigation, sent the accused Vishal to jail. As soon as the accused was released from jail, he took revenge by kidnapping the youth and his three other friends and beating them with belts. In this case, the police have registered a case against 4 accused including the main accused Vishal Sharma and arrested them.
The video regarding the incident of assault of a Dalit youth had gone viral on social media. As soon as the police administration got information about the video going viral, Morena Superintendent of Police Shailendra Singh Chauhan, after watching the video, immediately instructed the SI of Mahua police station to take immediate action against the criminals.
On the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, Mahua police station in-charge Dharmendra Malviya, during investigation, found that Vivek Sharma and his associates forcefully took away Abhishek Sakhwar, Sanjay Sakhwar, Pankaj Kirar and Rohit Sakhwar in their car from Kasmada village of Gauhatti Pond due to old enmity. .
Regarding the incident, police station in-charge Mahua along with police force immediately reached the spot and surrounded the accused, on which the accused ran away leaving the victim at Ranpur intersection. The police brought the victims to the police station. After interrogating all four, on the complaint of complainant Abhishek, sections 363, 294, 323, 506, 34 IPC and SC/ST were registered. Section 3(1)(d), 3(1)(s) of the Act. Registered the case under 3(2)(a).
Mahua police station in-charge Dharmendra Malviya said that as soon as the information was received, the police took the matter seriously and formed a team to immediately arrest the accused. The accused Vivek Sharma, Vishal Sharma, Paban Khurasia, Jeetu Gudhenia residents of Ambah were arrested, produced in the court and sent to jail.
