Dalit youth assaulted for filling water from the tap installed in the police station premises in Vaishali, serious allegations against Bihar Police

A shocking news has come out from Bihar. People of Dalit community in Bihar have made serious allegations against the police. In fact, when a teenager from the Dalit community filled water from a tap installed in the police station premises, the policemen beat him up. There is anger among the people of Dalit community due to this incident. After all, we know the whole matter.
Fighting while filling water from tap:
The entire incident took place in Vaishali, Bihar, where a teenager from the Dalit community filled water from the tap installed in the police station premises, on which the policemen got enraged and beat up the teenager. Due to this incident, there is a lot of anger among the people of Dalit community and they pelted stones at the policemen in which two policemen were injured. When anger over the incident started increasing in the Dalit community, the policemen took four people including the teenager into custody and sent them to the city police station.
Misbehavior with the victim’s mother and sister:
According to the information, this entire matter is of Jadhua OP of Vaishali district. Rohit Paswan, 17, son of Umesh Paswan, resident of Vaishali, was filling water from the tap installed in the police station premises. When the teenager started leaving after filling the water, OP President Dharmendra Kumar stopped him and called him. When Rohit reached him, Dharmendra Kumar started beating him badly and locked him in a room.
According to the information, when Rohit’s family got wind of the matter, they immediately reached OP. When OP President Dharmendra was asked about Rohit, he also misbehaved with Rohit’s mother and sister.
Statement of the victim’s sister:
Rohit’s sister Preeti said that the policemen have caught four people including her brother and his mother and taken them to the city police station. Local woman Malti Devi also made serious allegations against the police and said that when Rohit had gone to fill water, the policemen started saying that he is a Dalit, why did he not touch him? After this they started beating Rohit.
Uproar after coming to know about the incident:
When the Dalit community came to know about the incident, many people of the Dalit community reached OP and started creating ruckus there. The Dalit community asked the police to release the teenager and his family but this did not happen. When the teenager and his family were not released, people from the Dalit community pelted stones at the police station, injuring two policemen.
Statement of SDPO Om Prakash:
Sadar SDPO Om Prakash said that a cyber police station and OP has been established in Jadhua. He said that the local people were spreading filth in the OP premises and when refused, they pelted stones at the police station. In which policemen have been injured and they have completely rejected the allegation of filling water.
