Panic due to fire in Dalit colony in Motihari, loss worth lakhs, people in bad condition crying

Bhagelu Ram, who got burnt in the fire, had to go to Patna hospital after two days for treatment, in which for his treatment, Bhagelu collected a huge amount of Rs 1 lakh and kept it in a box. Where he was completely burnt due to the fire. At the time of the incident, the ill Bhagelu was sleeping alone on the bed at his home. After the noise, the family members and villagers arrived and took him out of the house. By then Bhagelu was badly burnt. The people of the house were in bad condition due to crying. The family members were cursing God.

MOTIHARI NEWS: A very painful incident has come to light from Motihari. In fact, a fire broke out in a Dalit colony in Motihari on the afternoon of Wednesday 3 April, causing panic all around. It is being said that in this incident, more than 5 dozen houses of Mahadalit community were burnt to ashes. Due to this incident, people are in bad condition and crying. Know the whole matter.

What is the whole incident?

Actually, this whole matter is of Diyar of Chatiya Badharwa Panchayat of Malahi police station area of ​​Motihari. It is being told that in the afternoon the people of the colony had gone to Diara to cut cattle fodder and work as labourers. During this time suddenly a fire broke out. Victims would arrive at the noise. By then everything was burnt to ashes. More than 5 dozen houses of Mahadalit community were burnt to ashes due to the fire. Two persons also got injured due to burning in the fire. Who was treated in the local hospital. The flames were so strong that the fire was brought under control with the help of 5 firefighters. Families affected by the fire during the day are forced to spend their days under the open sky in the dark with hungry stomachs and small children.

Mahadalit family in darkness:

According to the head of Chatiya Badharwa Panchayat, the entire Mahadalit family is in the dark due to the electric wire being burnt. The administration has fulfilled its responsibility by distributing only polythene among the fire victims. Dozens of fire-stricken families are forced to live hungry in the dark under the open sky due to this incident.

Everything in the colony burnt to ashes:

This incident took place on Wednesday afternoon, April 3, in which about seven dozen residential and non-residential houses were burnt to ashes. Suddenly a fire broke out from one side of the settlement, where due to the havoc of the westerly wind the entire settlement was reduced to ashes. Three fire tenders that arrived from Areraj on receiving information about the incident fell short. Seeing the dire nature of the fire, two more fire tenders had to be called from Motihari district headquarters. However, despite the efforts of fire brigade vehicles, police force and villagers, everything in the colony was burnt to ashes.

Loss worth lakhs:

Two people and a cow got burnt in the incident. Dozens of goats, chickens, one bike, dozens of cycles, about two lakh in cash and about fifty lakh rupees were damaged. Both the burnt persons were immediately sent to the hospital for treatment. Among the victims, Janai Ram, Kailash Ram, Rajdev Ram, Umesh Ram, Tuntun Ram, Mukhtar Ram, Salim Mian, Muslim Mian, Noordin Mian, Prabhu Ram and other victims, clothes, grains, utensils, jewellery, papers, and belongings were found in their houses. Ram, Janai Ram and Butan Ram and others including about two lakh rupees in cash and about fifty thousand other belongings were burnt to ashes.

The relatives of the victim are sorting through their belongings from the ashes:

On receiving information about the incident, CO, BDO Amit Kumar Pandey arrived and took stock of the incident and immediately distributed plastic seats and assured to provide other necessary assistance. SI Vinod Kumar reached the spot with his team and helped the victims a lot. The villagers who were engaged in extinguishing the fire and the family members of the victim were searching for their belongings in the ashes. Chief Chandsi Yadav was busy helping the victims. The victim’s family members, women and children were in a bad state due to crying. CO Singh said that the report of the incident has been sent to the district. The amount will be given to the victims as soon as it is allocated.
