A case of assault on a Dalit youth has come to light in Chhatarpur district. The accused attacked the youth for sitting on a bike with a person of upper caste. In the assault, the youth’s tooth was broken and he suffered injuries on his body. The victim has pleaded to the Superintendent of Police for justice. The police is investigating the matter.

Chhatarpur: A Dalit was beaten up under the Bada Malhara police station area of ??the district just because he was going on a bike with a person of upper caste. The youth alleges that the elder brother of the person with whom he was going on the bike has beaten him up.
The reason for the assault is only that he belongs to a low caste i.e. Vanshkar Samaj and those people are of upper caste. In the assault, one front tooth of the victim youth has also been broken. There are marks of many serious injuries on the body.
He left the hospital and reached the SP office
When the victim reached the SP office to complain, there was a needle in his hand. He told that he is admitted in the hospital. He is undergoing treatment. He reached the SP office with his parents and wife to complain.
What is the matter
Khemchand Vanskar says that on November 9, he was going to his village Kelai with a passbook from Hirapur Bank, when he met Jitendra Pathak on the way. He gave him a lift but on the way someone informed Jitendra’s elder brother that he is with me. After this, his elder brother stopped me on the way and beat me up saying that you belong to a low caste. Why are you going on a bike with my brother, how dare you.
Tooth broken by the butt of the gun
Victim Khemchand told that there were three other people along with the accused Bunty Pathak. All those people together beat me with sticks and hit me with the butt of the gun in my mouth, due to which my tooth broke.
Victim reached SP office
Even after being harassed for two days, no one in the local police station wrote the report of the victim Khem Chand, then he reached Chhatarpur SP office with his family. The victim pleaded for help in front of SP Agam Jain. SP Agam Jain ordered an immediate investigation on the application and promised every possible help.
Every aspect will be investigated
Giving information, Agam Jain said that the Bada Malhara police station in-charge says that at first glance, this case seems to be an accident. Since the youth has complained, every aspect will be investigated and action will be taken after that.
