Rajasthan: Mukesh Bairwa, a Dalit man from Jhalawar, sought help from the police to take out his son’s wedding procession on a mare. He wrote in the letter that Dalits are not allowed to take out their wedding procession on a mare. There may be a fight. The wedding is on May 18.
