Rajasthan, it is becoming increasingly risky for Dalits to draw bindoli on a mare. Once again its hallmark has come to the fore. Here the house of a youth named Narendra in Salera Khurd village of Udaipur is under 24-hour police guard. His only fault was that in his own marriage, he took out a bindoli on the mare. Just this thing did not go down well with the domineering of the village. On November 27, Bindoli was pelted with stones. After this, he also beat up the family members. The youth alleges that the miscreants misbehaved with his sister and also kicked the sister. At present, after the incident, police are deployed for their safety.

Apart from Udaipur, shameful incidents happened in these districts also.
It is noteworthy that apart from Udaipur of the state, such incidents have come to the fore in Bhilwara, Chittorgarh and Bundi. Such is the case in these incidents, in which for the first time the Dalit groom tried to remove the binduli on the mare, then the family including the groom was humiliated. At the same time, injustice to the victims continues even after Bindoli in many places.

According to the information received , 96 such cases have been registered in the last 8 years, in which the grooms have been removed from the mare. At the same time, there has been a 66 percent increase in the cases of Dalit atrocities in the last five years. It is noteworthy that for the first time in Rajasthan, there are 9 Dalit ministers in the government, out of which 4 are cabinet ministers. In such a situation, it should be expected that atrocities on Dalits will decline. The government will take this issue seriously.
