What is the whole matter:
The entire matter is of Majra village under Jaura police station of Munaira district of Madhya Pradesh. People of Baghel community attacked Dalits over the dispute of throwing water. In this case, the victim Rajesh Jatav told that the name of his younger brother Sunil’s wife is Dayan. Dayan had thrown dirty water from a pan on the road, which belonged to the people of Baghel community. First there was an altercation between the two parties, then people of Baghel community beat up Sunil and his wife Dayan and mother.
What did the aggrieved party say?
In this case, the victim party also told that he works in a mine. People of Baghel community beat up my brother Sunil, his wife Dayan and mother over the dispute of throwing water. In this matter we have come to Jaura police station to lodge an FIR. The victim also said in his statement that the people of Baghel community had thrown bricks and stones at his house due to which the items kept on the roof were broken.
What did SDOP Jaura Nitin Baghel say?
According to the report of Dainik Bhaskar, in this case, SDOP Jaura Nitin Baghel says that the goat of the Baghel family was standing outside the Jatav’s house. On this, the people of Jatav family hit the leg of the goat with an axe. There was a fight between the two parties regarding this matter. However, a case has been registered from both the parties.
