Acid thrown on minor Dalit brother and sister in Rae Bareli, condition critical

In Rae Bareli, both of them suffered severe burns due to acid attack on a minor Dalit class brother and sister sleeping on a cot in Rae Bareli late on Sunday night. As soon as the incident took place, there was an outcry in the family. The relatives, with the help of the villagers, rushed both of them to the CHC where doctors have referred them to the district hospital in view of their critical condition. On getting information about the incident, there was a stir in the police and administration. Superintendent of Police Shlok Kumar along with other police officers reached the CHC and inquired about the incident. The forensic team inspected the spot and collected circumstantial evidence. The SP has given strict instructions to the Kotwali in-charge to immediately disclose the incident. Where the Superintendent of Police is stationed in Kotwali. The same officers are interrogating the villagers at the spot.
The incident is said to have happened around 1:00 pm on Sunday. Both the minor sons and daughters of Dharmraj alias Dharamu, resident of Sikanderpur village in the entire Sukha Majre Sikanderpur village of Kotwali area, Aman, 12 years and Kiran 17 years, slept with mosquito nets on the cot. It is said that late on Sunday night, some unknown attacked both the siblings with acid. Both suffered serious burns in the attack. As soon as the incident took place, there was an outcry in the family. The relatives hurriedly took both of them to the CHC, where doctors have referred them to the district hospital in view of the serious condition of both. The condition of 17-year-old Kiran, who was injured in the acid attack, is critical. As soon as the information about the incident of acid attack, there was a stir in the police and administration. Late in the night, Superintendent of Police Alok Kumar, Additional Superintendent of Police Vishwajit Srivastava reached CSC with SOG and forensic team. The Superintendent of Police inquired about the incident from the family members present.
