Dialogue Source Daru (Hazaribagh): In Pipcho of Daru police station area, there has been talk of atrocities committed by the people of village on a Dalit family. Here a high boundary wall has been erected around the house of a Dalit family, Due to which the Dalit women, men and innocent children of this family have been imprisoned inside their house for the last one month.
The male members are somehow going out by climbing the boundary wall and arranging ration and water with great difficulty. Urmila Devi says that the house was built 40 years ago. Then a fixed amount was also given to the people who built the boundary wall. That’s why there was no dispute anywhere, but now these people are fighting because they are weak.
Sukhdev Mahto’s father Naro Mahato from east direction and Ramlal Yadav and Tukan Yadav’s father Samar Mahato from west side built the boundary wall. The boundary walled land is their raiyati land but the way should have been left. The same police station in-charge Vidyasagar Chaurasia told that in front of the house there was raiyati land of brothers like Sukhdev Mahato, Ramlal Mahato etc.On which they put up a boundary wall.
Due to this the way to reach Urmila Devi’s husband Late Mahendra Prasad Ram’s house has been closed. This is a civil matter. It is not possible to do anything legally on this.
