He said that according to the complaint, “At this time another motorcycle-borne youth came there and protested against the assault.” But the three accused intimidated him and drove him away from the spot. After this, the accused took the woman’s husband hostage and raped the woman.

Rana said that on protesting, the accused also broke the woman’s hand by hitting her with an ax. After this incident, both the victims somehow reached their homes and informed the family members about the incident. He said that after this the family members took the victim to the police station on Thursday. He said that the police have registered a case against the unknown accused on the complaint of the victim and started their search.
