Two heinous cases of sexual violence against women have been reported from Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. In MP, a woman was sexually abused on the pretext of a job. In Rajasthan, a girl was kidnapped and taken to different places and raped. In both the cases, the police have registered a case and started investigation.
The first case is from Indore in Madhya Pradesh . Here a pregnant Dalit woman was gang-raped on the pretext of a job. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused Prince, Afzal, Arbaaz, Shahid alias Sayyed.

In the case filed at Tukoganj police station in the city, the 19-year-old victim has told that she was identified with Arbaaz through Instagram. She was looking for a job. He talked to Arbaaz about this. On this the accused said that his friends Afzal and Prince Syed do this work and will get the job done. In August this year, Prince Syed messaged the woman for a job. Then on September 14, the woman was called to the city’s Regal Square. When the woman reached there, Syed, Arbaaz and Afzal were in the car. They gave him samosa and water. The woman fainted after eating the samosa. All of them took her to a house in Vijayanagara and raped her. The police have registered a case against four youths on the complaint of the victim. A case has been registered against them under 376 and other sections including Atrocity. Along with this, the four accused have also been arrested.
Rajasthan girl victimized
A case of kidnapping and gang-rape of a Dalit girl has come to light in Churu, Rajasthan. It is alleged that the main accused Arbaaz, along with two accomplices Shahnawaz Khatri and Farooq Khatri , gang-raped the 22-year-old girl by taking her to hotels in different districts. After coming out of the clutches of the accused, the victim reached her house on September 20. The mother was informed about the incident. After this, reaching the women’s police station Churu along with the family members gave a named report of gang rape against the above three accused. Based on the report, the police registered a case and arrested one of the accused. Search is on for the remaining two accused.
Churu Mahila Thanaprabhari Sukhram Chotiya told The Mooknayak that on the basis of the report of the 22-year-old victim on September 20, a case was registered against Arbaaz, Shahnawaz and Farooq for kidnapping, gang-raping and under SC/ST Act at the Mahila Police Station. The victim told in the report that Arbaaz first befriended the victim. After this, on the pretext of marriage, he was trapped in his love trap. On September 19, the accused kidnapped the victim. And kept it in the hotel at different places. He also called his companions Shahnawaz and Farooq to the hotel and raped them.
