Bhopal: Faisal who raped by hiding religion and Dr. Srivastava who did abortion arrested
In Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, a Dalit minor girl lodged a complaint with the police and told that for the last 3 years a boy named Faizal Syed Abbas has been living with her as a respected pundit. Meanwhile, physical relations also took place between the two and a 16-year-old minor Dalit girl became pregnant thrice. Accused Faisal himself got aborted twice after seeing the medicine, this time he got the doctor aborted. However, the Bhopal police has arrested Mayank Srivastava, the BHMS doctor who had aborted the Dalit minor girl, while the accused Faizal is already in police custody.
Sexual exploitation of a Dalit girl by hiding her identity:
According to media reports, on 13 December 2022, a 16-year-old Dalit minor girl lodged a complaint at Ajak police station in Bhopal. In which the victim accused the accused Faizal Syed Abbas that he raped the girl for 3 years by hiding his real identity. Made her video and continued to sexually exploit her on the basis of those videos. During this the girl became pregnant thrice. In the beginning, the accused himself had aborted twice, then this time he got the doctor aborted.
Abortion done in 50 thousand:
According to the police, this time the accused got the girl aborted by Dr. Mayank Srivastava at Chirayu Chikitsalaya, 100 km away from Bagh Sewania police station in Bhopal. The doctor had taken 50 thousand rupees for this. Presently the police have arrested both the doctor and the accused Faizal. The clinic has also been sealed. Police is constantly questioning the doctor as to how many women he has done illegal abortions before.
According to the information, the victim, fed up with the harassment of the accused, first narrated her ordeal to her family members. After this Ajak went to the police station and filed a police complaint. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police immediately started action and arrested both the accused.
