The incident took place on January 11 at 10 pm. The next day, on the report of the victim, the police named the accused Shivraj Tiwari including Akash, Suraj, Sandeep, Narendra, Nirmal and registered a case against 30 to 40 others for insulting them with casteist words and assaulting them under other serious sections, but The accused have not been arrested yet. Due to this, where the accused are roaming fearlessly, the victim’s family is still in panic.

The victim Ramswaroop Meghwal told in the report submitted to the police that, on January 11, while reversing his tractor in Barda Basti, a bike already standing there fell down due to the touch of the tractor. The bike was told about the acquaintance of accused Shivraj Tiwari. During this, both the parties reached an agreement regarding the repair of the bike. The dispute has been settled. On the same day at 10 pm, accused Shivraj Tiwari, Akash, Suraj, Sandeep, Narendra, Nirmal along with 30 to 40 of their companions came to their locality with sharp weapons in their hands. Here their houses were vandalized by throwing stones. They thrashed the elders and women sitting in the locality.

It is alleged that on the day of the incident, the accused vandalized the vehicles parked outside the house. Took away the batteries of the vehicles. The motorcycles parked outside were also broken. The next day, after giving a report to the police, a case was registered. Now the police is not taking action.

The accused created a lot of ruckus in the homes of Scheduled Caste people, but the police are not even arresting the accused. There is anger in the Bahujan Samaj due to this. People of Bahujan Samaj including Akhil Hadauti Meghwal Yuva Samiti and Bhim Army Ekta Mission Sangathan gathered at the house of the victim’s family under the leadership of Bhim Army on Monday regarding this matter. Where after the meeting, it was decided to go to the office of higher officials and plead for justice.

After the meeting at Anatpura Barda Basti, the people of Bahujan Sangathan reached the collectorate under the leadership of Bhim Army activist Anil Patodia. Where the Bahujans, along with the banners of Akhil Hadauti Meghwal Yuva Samiti, Kota and Bhima Army Ekta Mission, handed over memorandums to the high officials of the district administration, along with stopping the atrocities on the Bahujans in the city of Kota, along with arresting the accused, pleading to bring justice to the victims. put.

Told through memorandum that no action has been taken so far in the incident with Bahujan Samaj in Anatpura Barda Basti. If the accused are not arrested in 3 days, then Bahujan Samaj will launch a fierce agitation on the streets. During this, Ramnarayan Bharti, Ambedkar Shikshak Sangh Kota District President Madanlal, Dharmaraj Bairwa, Ramdayal Bairwa, journalist Lokesh Buddhist, Brijesh, Nitin from Prem Nagar, Lalit Kumar Meghwal from Kansua, Suresh from Shivpura and many people from Barda Basti were also present.
