5 Men of a Caste Hindu Gujjar family gang-raped a 26-YO Dalit woman
In a horrific incident, 5 Men of a Caste Hindu Gujjar family gang-raped a 26-YO dalit woman from MP’s Rajgarh over 4 acres of land dispute.
As per FIR, 8 armed men entered her home on evening of May 4, assaulted her mother, father & cousin before gang-raping her.
Hatred developed b/n the two families over 4 acres of govt land that was occupied by caste Hindu Gujjar family for years, but later was allocated to dalit family.
As dalit family tried to plow, Gujjars assaulted them. An FIR of the incident was lodged at Karanwas PS including SC/ST Act.
After FIR, Gujjars were pressuring dalit family to sign an agreement but as they refused, gujjars assaulted dalit family & raped graduate daughter to teach a lesson.
Police which didn’t logde FIR under rape charges, added IPC 376-D after Court order as per forensic report.
