Here a savage father kept raping his own daughter. Not only this, the accused father also used to perform unnatural acts with his daughter. Police arrested the accused father. According to the police, the victim’s mother had earlier separated from her husband.
After this, three years ago she married the accused person in a temple. The daughter born to her first husband was also living with her. The accused works as a driver by profession. The victim’s mother has filed a case against her husband in the police station in this matter. The police have registered a case under sections 376, 377, 506, sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act.
Allegation of rape on the pretext of marriage

Life imprisonment to the person guilty of raping a minor

After hearing the case, ASJ Suruchi Atreja Singh declared Vikas guilty and sentenced him to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 lakh under the POCSO Act, seven years imprisonment each under sections 363, 366 and 84 of the Indian Penal Code and a fine of Rs 10 thousand each. Sentenced. All punishments will run concurrently.
