In the case of rape of a Dalit girl in Unnao, the family members of the victim have filed a case of gang-rape against 3 unknown people at the Morawan police station. CO Purva said that the police is investigating the matter and the police has also got the medical test done of the victim girl. At present, all the three accused are out of the custody of the police.
Let us tell you that in the past, a case of kidnapping of a girl came to light in Unnao itself, in which the son of former SP minister is accused of kidnapping and killing the girl. In Unnao district, the body of a girl missing from the Kotwali area of the city for the last two months was recovered from a vacant land near the ashram built by Fateh Bahadur Singh, a minister in the Samajwadi Party (SP) government. Rajol Singh, the main accused in the case, is the son of late Fateh Bahadur, a SP leader. The official said that the postmortem of the body was done, in which the neck bone was broken and there were injury marks on the head as well.
