After the misdeeds of the RPF jawans were revealed, the GRP police station Jind registered a case against five RPF personnel for attempt to murder, forcible confinement, torture, SC-ST Act and other sections. have taken. Those against whom the case has been registered include the names of Brijpal, Dhul, Vijender, Devender and Sultan. The shocking thing is that these people have not been arrested after eight days by the GRP police station, Jind. All the so-called RPF jawans accused of attempt to murder are roaming freely and fearlessly. Despite the clear provisions of the SC-ST Act, the police have not yet arrested the culprits. Taking advantage of this, the accused RPF jawans are threatening the victim. They are pressurizing the victim’s family to resign. If you do not do so, you are threatening of dire consequences.
Demand for justice On the other hand, after the disclosure of this case, the demand for justice to Ravi, a Dalit youth, has started gaining momentum. People on social media are demanding that the victims be arrested and handed over to the law. Take legal action against RPF jawans and alleged panchayats who threaten the victim. Not only this, financial assistance should be provided to the victim Ravi at the earliest. So that it is possible to arrange for his treatment and rehabilitation. On this issue, DSP Gurdial Singh of GRP Hisar says that the matter is in his cognizance. At present, the GRP has registered a case against five employees of RPF Narwana outpost for attempt to murder, taking hostage and under the SC-ST Act. The complainant is not in a condition yet to be interrogated. He is currently admitted in PGI Rohtak. We are seriously investigating the matter. Will ensure action against the culprits.
In fact, on June 7, 2022, Ravi, a Dalit youth of Dhakal village of Narwana, Haryana, was arrested by RPF personnel on charges of fraud and fraud. Instead of producing the Dalit youth before the court, the RPF jawans were illegally detained till June 10 without the permission of the court. The Dalit youth was kept in custody at GRP outpost Narwana. On June 10, while making a fire in a hookah in GRP post Narwana, the victim Dalit youth also burnt himself in a petrol fire. The soldiers of RPF Narwana escaped from the spot by putting him in the Bhakra canal Narwana instead of getting him admitted to the hospital. While doing this, some unknown person saw it. He pulled the Dalit youth Ravi out of the canal and admitted him to the hospital. Now the investigation is going on against the accused in this case.
