Rajasthan: Dalit teenager gangraped in Tonk, accused abducted her from outside her house

Rajasthan Crime: A case of gangrape of a Dalit teenager has come to light in a village in Pachewar police station area of ??Tonk district. After gangrape, the accused tied the hands and legs of the teenager and threw her on the roadside and fled. The victim was found unconscious on the roadside on the night of 28 February. In this case, police have registered a case under POCSO Act against four youths. It is alleged that the victim’s neighbour woman had helped the accused. According to police sources, one of the accused is from the victim’s village, the other three accused are residents of Kurad village.
Case registered against four accused
Malpura DSP Ashish Prajapat said that the victim has filed a written complaint against four people. A woman from the neighbourhood is also accused of helping the accused. Police is investigating the matter.” The victim told the police that on the night of February 28, at around 12 o’clock, she had come out of the house to urinate, when three-four boys tied her mouth and kidnapped her.
The accused fled after throwing the teenager outside the house
After kidnapping, the accused took her to the enclosure behind the neighbour’s house. There they gang-raped the teenager. When the teenager screamed, the neighbour woman came out, but she ignored them and went inside the house, which boosted the morale of the accused. They tied the hands, feet and mouth of the teenager and threw her near the house. The police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
